Produced across the project’s event programme.Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry brought the breadth of the MyPass365 offering together, with over 130,000 devices produced across the project.
From event planning and bespoke RGR concepts to the design of every element, the programme connected parking-area planning, printed and digitally distributed vehicle passes, hospitality wristbands and badges, and guest seating decals.
General, VIP / Elevated and VVIP Presidential hospitality requirements were delivered by three teams across seven weeks of virtual and on-site setup and breakdown, with matches sometimes only four days apart.
